Milania Giudice Faces Assault Charge

Milania Giudice, daughter of Teresa Giudice from Real Housewives of New Jersey, was arrested on an assault charge. The incident occurred last month.

The Montville Township Police Department responded to a dispute at a local residence on May 14. Chief Andrew Caggiano confirmed the details. Officers detained Milania at 6:12 p.m. according to court documents reviewed by Fox News Digital.

Court records indicate that Milania Giudice, who is 20 years old, was charged with Simple Assault under N.J.S.A. 2C: 12-1a(1). She faces a Disorderly Persons Offense according to Chief Caggiano’s statement.

Milania pleaded not guilty and was released pending a future court date. Caggiano emphasized that a criminal complaint is an accusation. The law presumes innocence until proven guilty in court beyond a reasonable doubt.

“Despite this accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until she has been proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.”

Milania has appeared on several episodes of The Real Housewives of New Jersey alongside her mother, Teresa. She is due in court next month.

Teresa Giudice did not immediately respond to requests for comment from Fox News Digital.

Teresa and her ex-husband Joe Giudice have four daughters: Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana. The couple, married for 20 years, separated in December 2019 and divorced in September 2020.

Following their separation, Teresa married Louis Ruelas in August 2022. Her previous legal issues included pleading guilty to 41 counts of fraud. She served 15 months in prison after pleading guilty to mail, wire, and bank fraud.

Joe Giudice completed his 41-month prison sentence in March 2019. Post-release, immigration officers detained him, after which he returned to Italy voluntarily and appealed his deportation.
