Richie, who had been hospitalized last month, resumed his performances in cities like Pittsburgh and Detroit after recovering. He praised the energy and memories made with the audiences.

Richie assured fans he would continue his tour, planning to perform in Toronto and inviting all for a night of celebration.

Richie’s recent health scare occurred during his tour opener in Minnesota, resulting in postponed shows in Chicago and Columbus, Ohio. He experienced dizziness on stage, which forced him to take a brief pause during his performance.

“When you’re feeling dizzy, sit your a– down,” Richie joked, demonstrating his humor despite the situation.

Richie, known for his role as a judge on “American Idol,” adapted by giving a seated performance of “Three Times a Lady.” Eventually, he had to step away, leading to a decision to cancel the remainder of the show as fans awaited updates.

Richie’s audiences in St. Paul witnessed him being transported from the venue to a local hospital by Saint Paul Fire-EMS. No further details have been provided about his health condition.
