Her father, Skip Panettiere, shared, ‘It is with profound sadness that we share the tragic passing of our beloved Hayden. She was an incredible light and a force of nature who brought immeasurable love and joy to all who knew her and to the millions who watched her onscreen.’

Viola Davis, who acted alongside Panettiere in the 2016 film ‘Custody,’ remembered the actress as an ‘amazing talent.’ In an Instagram post, Davis, with her husband Julius Tennon, mentioned how much they enjoyed working with Panettiere. She described her as an ‘old, wise soul’ with a deep heart, wishing there had been more time to see Panettiere rebuild her life through difficult times. ‘You will be remembered,’ Davis concluded, offering prayers to her family and daughter.
‘One Tree Hill’ actress Bethany Joy Lenz shared a personal tribute, recalling her childhood connection with Panettiere. ‘I’m crushed,’ Lenz wrote, reminiscing about Panettiere’s perceptiveness and talent from a young age.
