Teen Reality Star’s Son Faces Serious Charges

KJ Biermann, a 15-year-old and the son of reality TV star Kim Zolciak, was arrested in Alpharetta, Georgia. He faces two serious charges related to an incident from April. Court documents reveal that he is charged with aggravated sexual battery and aggravated sodomy. Under Georgia’s SB440 law, Biermann is being prosecuted as an adult, as this law applies to teenagers aged 13 to 17 accused of specified violent felonies.

Kim Zolciak, known from ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta,’ publicly addressed the allegations against her son. She expressed deep concern about the accusations in a statement to Fox News Digital. Zolciak stated, “The allegations being made against my son are nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling.” She firmly declared KJ’s denial of any involvement with the accuser or the claimed actions.

KJ voluntarily took a polygraph test to dispute these claims, reportedly passing it. Furthermore, a forensic examination found no DNA evidence linking him to the incident. Zolciak also disclosed that the accuser has similarly accused two other individuals, prompting further inquiries into the validity of these claims.
