This impressive display by Lamb came after a quieter start in the season opener against the New York Giants, where he had five receptions for 44 yards and one touchdown.

Teammate Jake Ferguson also contributed with two touchdowns; however, his overall stats of four catches and 43 yards did not attract similar attention.

Meanwhile, Dak Prescott delivered a noteworthy game, completing 26 out of 31 pass attempts. His efforts amassed 279 yards and four touchdowns, achieving a 143.8 passer rating without any interceptions.
