Pratt’s recent surge in popularity comes after his impressive performance in a mayoral debate against incumbent Karen Bass and L.A. City Council Member Nithya Raman. Viral campaign ads have also contributed to his momentum. The former “Hills” star has raised over $500,000 and currently holds the second position behind Bass in the polls.
