Notable donors, as reported by the New York Times, include Jeanie Buss and Sofia Richie’s husband Elliot Grainge. Since May 1, Pratt’s campaign has seen an influx of support from influential backers.

Pratt’s recent surge in popularity comes after his impressive performance in a mayoral debate against incumbent Karen Bass and L.A. City Council Member Nithya Raman. Viral campaign ads have also contributed to his momentum. The former “Hills” star has raised over $500,000 and currently holds the second position behind Bass in the polls.
