Good morning from Screencaps headquarters. The day started off with confusion as a third-party contractor appeared unannounced in my backyard at 7:55 a.m. They were there to install a smart meter without prior notice. No knock on the door. They claimed they did, but our calm dogs suggested otherwise.
This raises a question: Should you expect a heads-up before power is cut off before 8 a.m.?
Rethinking Power Saver Programs
These smart meters might be disadvantageous for homeowners. Can you trust them to give you control over settings like your AC? Or will providers ultimately decide?

Sports Illustrated and the Shift in Focus
Let’s discuss more from Sports Illustrated over the weekend, particularly Claire Kittle, an old Screencaps favorite in the swimsuit issue. Despite previous decisions to include trans models, lingerie companies and SI seem to have adjusted.
Victoria’s Secret recently reported strong earnings. It’s a sign of industry adjustments and evolving strategies.
That wraps it up for this morning. I’m currently dealing with contractors about our power situation. The day’s off to a challenging start.
Have a great day.
