German Police in Search for Suspect in Berlin Pride Attack

Berlin police are actively searching for a suspect, Abdul B, implicated in a van attack during a German Pride Festival. This incident resulted in one death and injuries to 16 people after a van plowed into a crowd near the parade route.

Authorities are considering terrorism as a motive, given the individual’s connections to Islamic groups. Additionally, reports indicate there may have been stab wounds among the victims.

In related events, a suspect was detained in Paris after reportedly stabbing three women. Eyewitnesses heard him claim, “it is Allah who commanded me,” while being restrained by bystanders. This attack took place at the Two Domes brewery in the Porte de Clichy area.

The victims of this Paris attack are receiving treatment. Two are in “absolute emergency” condition, while one is in “relative emergency” condition.

French Interior Minister Laurent Nunez advised caution regarding the motives, citing the suspect’s “incoherent remarks.”
