Morgan Wallen’s Tour Finale Features Eagles Star

Morgan Wallen wrapped up his “I’m the Problem” tour on Saturday night with a special appearance by one of Philadelphia’s sports icons. Eagles cornerback Cooper DeJean joined Wallen for the pre-show walkout at Lincoln Financial Field, thrilling the hometown fans before the country singer took to the stage.

Wallen, sporting Allen Iverson’s Philadelphia 76ers jersey, walked towards the stage alongside DeJean. The previous evening, Wallen had worn DeJean’s No. 33 jersey. DeJean had hinted at this surprise during an Eagles practice earlier on Saturday, calling Wallen wearing his jersey “sick” and expressing his enthusiasm as a “huge Morgan Wallen fan.” In a video shared by the Eagles, DeJean teased fans by saying, “Stay tuned” for the night’s events.

DeJean has gained popularity among Philadelphia sports fans, especially after his contributions to the Eagles’ Super Bowl LIX victory and earning First-Team All-Pro honors in 2025. Celebrity walkouts are a staple at Wallen’s stadium performances. DeJean joins a list of prominent figures like Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, and Patrick Mahomes who have participated in these walkouts.

The concert was the finale of a two-night stint at Lincoln Financial Field and officially marked the end of Wallen’s extensive stadium tour. Supporting acts for the event included Brooks & Dunn, Ella Langley, Hudson Westbrook, and Blake Whiten. However, Wallen is not stepping away from music despite the tour’s end. During a show in Ann Arbor, Michigan, he shared with fans that he has been busy in the studio working on new music.

“It’s a little bittersweet because we’re getting close to the end of this tour—kind of the end of this album’s era, I guess you could say,” Wallen mentioned. “I ain’t really sure exactly what I’m gonna do next, but I do know that I’ve been in the studio. I’ve been making a lot of music. I’m excited about it.”
