This week, Spokane, Washington faced devastation from a series of fires. The suspect behind one of these fires, Aaron Farinacci, has a complicated past involving crime.
According to reports, Farinacci admitted to investigators that he has started 25 fires in the Spokane area since July 2025. Farinacci is not new to the criminal justice system. He previously served time for the fatal shooting of his father more than ten years ago.
His criminal activities have continued even after his release from prison, adding a disturbing layer to the recent events in Spokane.
The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office and Spokane Valley Fire Department are involved in the ongoing investigation.
