Arrest and Charges Against Florida TikTok Creator

Mark Stephen Asea, a 36-year-old from Port St. Lucie, Florida, who claims to be a “demonologist” and “Grey Hat Hacker,” was arrested after allegedly exposing women’s private information online. He faces a felony charge for offenses against computer users. Asea was booked into the St. Lucie County Jail on September 30 with a bond set at $35,000.

Revival of Closed Criminal Case

The arrest reignited a criminal case that had been closed months prior. Initially arrested in April for stalking and computer-related allegations, charges were dropped in May. However, in September, prosecutors brought forth a new computer-access charge.

Alleged Privacy Breaches and Unauthorized Access

Asea’s alleged actions: exposing private information of two women, boasting about tracking their movements.

According to the police affidavit, two women reported that their private details appeared in TikTok posts made by Asea. One woman claimed to have entrusted him with a computer problem. A detective reviewed a video in which Asea discussed specific details about her devices and recent spending habits.

Details revealed: In the video, Asea allegedly referenced one woman’s passwords and recent online purchases, information she said was shared only within a private TikTok group chat. She suspected Asea accessed it through a fake account, although no one had permission to disseminate it outside the group.

Concerns Raised by Second Woman

The second woman reported that her issues began after seeking tech assistance from Asea. She let him remotely access her computer in October 2025. Later, Asea allegedly claimed to have installed a virus, enabling access to her information unnoticed.

A photograph from her private Telegram messages was allegedly posted in Asea’s TikTok content, which he claimed originated from WhatsApp. She provided investigators with a screenshot proving its presence in her Telegram messages.

Investigators documented videos in which Asea boasted of tracking her location using her phone’s GPS.

Social Media Activity and Prolific Posting

Asea reportedly uploaded numerous TikTok videos mentioning one of the women, with some days seeing up to six posts. He also allegedly published her photograph on a website.

Civil Case and Biography Details

Asea’s TikTok biography included various descriptions such as “Demonologist,” “Clairsentient,” “Empath,” and “Grey Hat Hacker.” Earlier, his account detailed him as a “former satanist” and “cybersecurity engineer.” During the summer, he faced a civil stalking case, eventually dismissed by a judge.

Prosecution and Upcoming Arraignment

Prosecutors reopened Asea’s criminal case on September 24, filing charges for unauthorized computer access. The previous charges were not elaborated upon, nor was the reason for renewed prosecution explained. Asea’s arraignment is set for November 19.

Fox News Digital contacted TikTok for a statement regarding the case.
