3 hours ago 0

Sean “Diddy” Combs received medical attention after suffering a head injury while in federal prison early Saturday. According to TMZ, Combs was taken from the prison for treatment. His representative informed Newsweek that efforts are underway to verify the situation. The representative stated, “We are aware of the reports concerning Sean Combs and are working to confirm the circumstances. Sean’s health and well-being are our immediate concern, and we appreciate everyone who has reached out.”

At approximately 1 a.m., an ambulance reportedly left FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey with Combs aboard. Details on how Combs sustained the injury remain unclear, and it has not been confirmed whether he was admitted to a hospital. TMZ reported that Combs was conscious and talking upon his return to the prison before dawn on Saturday.

Combs has been embroiled in legal battles, including criminal charges and civil complaints. These involve allegations of sexual assault, sex trafficking, physical abuse, and coercion, all of which he disputes. In July 2025, he faced trial and a federal jury acquitted him of significant charges, such as racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. However, he was convicted on two counts related to transporting individuals for prostitution. His current 50-month sentence is scheduled to end on March 2, 2028.

Details of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Conviction

In 2025, Combs was convicted for violating the Mann Act by transporting two women—Cassie Ventura and an individual referred to as “Jane”—for prostitution. More severe charges, including racketeering and sex trafficking, which could have resulted in lengthy sentences, were dismissed by the court.

Combs is also dealing with over 70 lawsuits across the United States. These include cases from former employees, partners, and a former child actor. Additional updates will be provided as this is a developing story.
