Robert Kelker-Kelly, known for his role as Bo Brady on “Days of Our Lives,” passed away at 62. Details from a police report shed light on his final hours.

The report from the St. Peters Police Department, accessed by Fox News Digital, records an account from his wife, Allison Kelly. She said she picked up Kelker-Kelly, who also worked as a pilot, from Spirit of St. Louis Airport around 7:30 p.m. on October 3.

During their drive home, Kelker-Kelly experienced pain in his left arm and chest. He requested they pull over due to nausea, as stated in the report.

Allison Kelly asked if he needed medical attention at a hospital, but Kelker-Kelly preferred to go home to rest. Upon reaching their Missouri residence, he changed clothes and lay down but continued to feel discomfort. He asked Allison for an aspirin.

When Allison returned, she found Kelker-Kelly unresponsive and not breathing. She called 911 immediately and began CPR efforts.

Emergency responders from St. Peters police and the St. Charles County Ambulance District arrived shortly after 8 p.m. Paramedics attempted life-saving measures, but Kelker-Kelly was pronounced dead at 9:09 p.m.

Allison informed investigators that her husband had no known health issues and was not on any prescribed medication. He had no recent injuries or surgeries.

The police report mentions no suspicious activity at the scene. Authorities noted that his complaint of chest pain before becoming unresponsive aligns with a medical event.

The St. Charles County medical examiner released Kelker-Kelly from further investigation, although an official cause of death wasn’t disclosed.

Kelker-Kelly, born on April 18, 1964, in Wichita, Kansas, made a name in soap operas. He began as Sam Fowler in “Another World” in 1987 before taking on the role of Bo Brady in “Days of Our Lives” from 1992 to 1995, which earned him a Soap Opera Digest Award in 1994. He also played the role of Stavros Cassadine in “General Hospital” from 2001 to 2003, returning for appearances in 2013 and 2014.
