Dear Eric,
I find myself questioning whether my actions are contributing to problems at work. I’ve been part of a team for four years, with a focus on a specific project. Despite changes in team membership, the core group has remained stable.
Initially, I had reservations about some colleagues and their methods. A few seemed more focused on discussion than execution. Meanwhile, the team leads appeared overwhelmed by their responsibilities. Despite these feelings, I consider myself cooperative. Most of the time, I focused on being present and involved wherever necessary.
