Soldiers now order from touchscreen kiosks, selecting dishes like grilled salmon, steak, and flatbreads. In the background, blenders create protein shakes in flavors such as ‘Apple Pie’ and ‘Cookies and Cream.’
Sides offered include red potatoes and cauliflower, presented in modern, stylish pots. This focus on healthier, tastier options reflects a broader effort to enhance the nutritional value of meals served to military personnel.
