On Sunday, Trump responded to a reporter’s inquiry regarding the announcement’s subject. He hinted it might pertain to his upcoming meeting on Tuesday with Dario Amodei, a co-founder of AI company Anthropic. Trump stated, “We’re meeting with Anthropic, as you know, on Tuesday; that’s going to be big.”
Trump also mentioned having dinner with Dario Amodei on Sunday evening, acknowledging him as highly respected in his field.
