Ted Shackelford, known for his role in ‘Knots Landing,’ was recently seen in Los Angeles. The 80-year-old actor wore a blue collared shirt, blue knit cardigan, black trousers, sunglasses, and sneakers during this rare public appearance.

Shackelford began his career as Raymond Gordon on ‘Another World,’ appearing in 110 episodes. He gained further fame as Gary Ewing in ‘Dallas’ and its spinoff ‘Knots Landing,’ which aired from 1979 to 1993. Despite his long tenure as Gary Ewing, Shackelford admitted in a 2013 interview with The Dallas Decoder that he disliked the character, describing him as “weak” and lacking courage.
