The Guthrie family, alongside Arizona law enforcement, continues to hope for new developments six months after Nancy Guthrie’s disappearance.

On February 24, Raquel Navarro and Lupita Tello were seen placing missing person posters for Nancy Guthrie on a pole located about a mile from her residence in Tucson, Arizona. This was a part of ongoing efforts to raise awareness and gather information related to her case.

As of August 3, 2026, the family remains hopeful. Savannah Guthrie, a co-host of the “TODAY” show, and her colleagues have been vocal about the case, urging the public to assist in any way possible. Local authorities have also renewed their appeals for information.

Recently, the Pima County Sheriff’s Office released the full text of two ransom notes linked to Nancy Guthrie’s disappearance. Sheriff Chris Nanos has made public requests, emphasizing the importance of community involvement. He is urging anyone with knowledge concerning the case to come forward and assist in bringing closure to the family.
