A leading Senate Republican, Senator Ron Johnson from Wisconsin, has expressed concerns over Dr. Anthony Fauci’s past private communications regarding vaccines. He disclosed to Fox News Digital that Fauci, once a prominent figure in the nation’s COVID-19 response, privately worried about the potential for vaccines to cause miscarriages. Johnson suggests this could be indicative of deeper issues.

“We tell pregnant women not to have even a glass of wine, but we push them to get experimental gene therapy during pregnancy,” Johnson stated, highlighting the potential risks involved.

Legal and Political Implications

Senator Johnson and Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky have obtained Fauci’s old government-issued iPhone. This was part of their broader investigation into Fauci’s legacy as the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) head. Paul is also pursuing a legal path, holding Fauci in contempt of Congress for repeatedly invoking his Fifth Amendment rights.

Johnson released private text messages discovered on Fauci’s phone. These messages date back to January 2021, involving discussions between Fauci, then Centers for Disease Control Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky, and future Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy.

Private Concerns Over Vaccine Effects

Fauci’s texts reveal concerns about mRNA vaccines potentially causing miscarriages. He noted in the messages that the immune response, known as cytokine storms and fever following the second vaccine dose, could theoretically lead to miscarriages during the first trimester.

Johnson criticized federal health officials for not publicly acknowledging these risks. He referred to a 2021 study published in the New England Journal of Medicine, which reported spontaneous abortions among 827 pregnancies exposed to mRNA vaccines.

Statistics Under Scrutiny

Johnson argues these figures were misleading. Out of 827 pregnancies, 700 received vaccines in the third trimester, while the remaining 127 vaccinated in the first and second trimesters accounted for 104 miscarriages. Johnson calculates an 82% miscarriage rate for those receiving early trimester vaccinations, pointing to discrepancies in the reporting of this data.

“They are not that stupid—they’re devious enough to manipulate statistics to mislead the public,” Johnson remarked.

Senator Johnson emphasizes the cautious approach needed for ongoing investigations. He aims to uncover further instances where Fauci may have presented differing public and private narratives regarding COVID-19 measures and hazards.

The senator anticipates that additional revelations will emerge from the trove of information obtained from Fauci’s phone. Johnson’s focus remains on public safety and ensuring informed consent through transparency of information.
