1 hour ago 0

In Connecticut, all five U.S. House representatives are running for reelection. Only one of them, Rep. John Larson, faces a contested primary. The primary will take place on Tuesday.

Democratic Rep. John Larson has served Connecticut’s 1st Congressional District and is now competing for the party’s nomination. His challengers include former Hartford Mayor Luke Bronin and two other candidates. Larson has garnered support from Democratic Senators Richard Blumenthal and Chris Coons.

Luke Bronin, the former mayor of Hartford, has the endorsement of former Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, adding a significant boost to his campaign. Polling indicates that Larson and Bronin are leading the race.

Voters will have their say when polls close at 8 p.m. EDT on Tuesday. Decision Desk HQ will provide live election results for those following the primary.
