In 2024, Leavitt recorded 2,885 passing yards, achieving 24 touchdowns against six interceptions. Despite his foot injury last season, he managed a 5-2 record as a starter and threw for 1,628 yards, 10 touchdowns, and three interceptions.

Recently, Leavitt confirmed he has fully recovered, although he continues foot maintenance during warmups. Kiffin expressed his satisfaction with Leavitt’s improved performance in training camp compared to spring practice when his foot injury hindered him.

“Now that he’s healthy, he’s had a great week and we’re really excited about him,” Kiffin remarked.
