Justice Department Sues Ohio Court Over Rule Affecting ICE Arrests

The Justice Department has filed a lawsuit against an Ohio court, challenging a new rule that restricts federal immigration arrests in or near the courthouse. This type of rule obstructs federal law enforcement and facilitates evasion of federal law by dangerous criminal aliens, despite Congress’s direction that federal agents detain and remove them, stated Assistant Attorney General Brett A.
