President Donald Trump recently displayed a change in his hair color while stepping off Air Force One in New Jersey, prompting widespread online reaction. Known for his distinctive blond hair, Trump was seen with a darker, brunette appearance as he arrived at Morristown Municipal Airport, ahead of spending time at his Bedminster golf club.
The noticeable shift in Trump’s appearance triggered various comments on social media. One user remarked, “Trump becoming a brunette was definitely not on my 2026 bingo card,” while another pointed out the new hair color with a post saying, “This was Donald Trump yesterday while departing to New Jersey for the weekend! Look at the appearance of his hair! Is he getting a new hair color?”
Another user commented, “Seems brown is the new blonde …” and a different post simply stated, “Trump is now a brunette!” Despite his appearance in photos shared over the weekend by internet personality Michael Solakiewicz, Trump’s hair largely remained hidden under a red golf hat.
The speculation comes after Trump recently denied wearing a wig, citing a windy campaign rally in Ohio as evidence. “I don’t wear a wig, but that night, they found out I did not wear a wig because if you did, it was not going to be on your head very long,” Trump explained.
Trump is not known for making significant changes to his appearance while in office. However, he has sparked similar discussions in the past. In 2019, Trump appeared with a slicked-back hairstyle during a visit to Virginia, which drew attention, though he soon reverted to his typical hairdo.
The White House has not provided a comment on Trump’s new appearance, and the change remains a topic of interest online.
