Despite his performance, the team faltered in the final games, losing by over 23 points due to mid-season trades and missing key players. The offense rotated through three quarterbacks, none scoring over 10 touchdowns. Garrett Wilson missed 11 games due to injury. The defense set a record by not securing a single interception.

Offseason Changes

Glenn restructured his team by hiring Frank Reich and Brian Duker. General manager Darren Mougey utilized salary cap space and draft capital.
