Adam White faces multiple charges including first-degree assault, armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon, and child endangerment. Authorities revealed the shooting occurred after a verbal spat between White and a former employee, escalating in the parking lot. White allegedly fired at a vehicle carrying the teen, hitting her leg.
