1 hour ago 0

Actor George Clooney recently addressed the tragic passing of Presley Gerber during an interview with Entertainment Tonight. As a close friend of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, Clooney shared his sentiments about the family’s profound loss.

Reflecting on the impact of Presley’s death, Clooney stated, I don’t think we’re even in the position of being able to talk about it. He described the event as one of the most devastating things that’s happened to our family. Clooney emphasized how challenging it is for the Gerber family to cope with the tragedy.

Presley Gerber, son of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, passed away at the age of 27. Records from the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner indicate that his death occurred on September 20 at a rehabilitation center in Santa Monica.

Clooney, who has a longstanding friendship with the Gerber family, co-founded Casamigos Tequila with Rande Gerber. The Gerber children often referred to him as Uncle George.

Following Presley’s demise, George and his wife, Amal Clooney, were seen visiting Kaia Gerber’s home in Los Angeles. Sources informed The Daily Mail that Clooney maintained a close relationship with Presley and often communicated with him.

A source noted, George would spend hours talking to Presley. He shared advice after Presley’s DUI incident in 2018, cautioning him to be careful. Clooney also sent supportive messages like, I am here for you, in recent times.

Earlier in the year, Presley revealed on Instagram his apprehensions about undergoing a psychedelic treatment called ibogaine flood dose at a wellness clinic in Cancún, Mexico. He expressed feelings of fear and the difficulty of relinquishing control but felt guided by something greater.

Presley shared, I knew why I was there. I faced what I had been running from, and somewhere in all of it, I started finding my way back to myself. He expressed hope that it would be the last time he needed such treatment.
