Costco’s Holiday Food Finds for Thanksgiving Shoppers

51 minutes ago 0

Thanksgiving is fast approaching, and shoppers are beginning to gather holiday essentials. Costco offers a selection of products perfect for Thanksgiving, including discounted baking supplies, easy appetizers, and quick meals.

Despite the absence of deep discounts, new and seasonal items generate excitement. Andrew Edelblum, Ph.D., an assistant professor of marketing at the University of Dayton in Ohio, notes that Costco doesn’t need significant deals to create buzz with its new weekly arrivals.

“They don’t even necessarily need to have really phenomenal deals on their product to drum up excitement about whatever is new coming through the doors on a week-to-week basis,” Edelblum told Fox News Digital.

Costco’s pumpkin pie, a favorite for the holiday season, benefits from bulk purchasing and in-house bakery production. These new arrivals consistently capture shoppers’ interest.

Here are seven Costco food deals and seasonal finds to explore, with some discounts available until November 15. Prices and availability can differ by location.

  • Kirkland Signature Pumpkin Pie: This nearly 4-pound pie is a seasonal staple. Priced at $5.99, it freezes well for later use.
  • Nielsen-Massey Vanilla Extract: Costco offers $15 off a two-pack of 8-ounce bottles of this baking essential, popular among professional bakers. The deal is online only.
  • Boursin Cheese Variety Pack: A three-pack includes two Garlic & Fine Herbs cheeses and one Shallot & Chive cheese at a $2.70 discount. Ideal with crackers or for mixing into mashed potatoes.
  • Ritz Crackers: The 18-stack box is $3.30 off. They add to holiday snacks or can be used for casserole toppings.
  • Brie Croissant Rolls: These rolls filled with creamy Brie sauce and Emmental cheese heat in about eight minutes, priced at $10.99.
  • Swanson Reduced-Sodium Chicken Broth: The six-pack of 32-ounce cartons is useful for soups, stews, or pasta bakes, allowing cooks to better control sodium levels.
  • Ling Ling Chicken & Vegetable Potstickers: At under $10, these potstickers offer 12 grams of protein per serving and are ready in 10 minutes.

Costco’s selection continues to attract customers as Thanksgiving nears, making it a go-to destination for holiday food shopping.
