Jon Lovitz, addressing recent statements by Crystal Hefner, has chosen to maintain a positive outlook. During an interview on the Lisa Guerrero Unleashed podcast, Crystal Hefner, widow of Hugh Hefner, tagged Lovitz, 69, as a frequent guest at the Playboy Mansion, labeling him as one of Hollywood’s ‘biggest pervs.’ Despite these comments, Lovitz expressed pride in his history and role.

Lovitz was seen in Los Angeles, where he praised Hugh Hefner. “Any time someone says I’m No. 1, it’s a compliment,” Lovitz remarked. He then spoke warmly of the late Hefner. “Hugh Hefner was one of the nicest, most generous people I’ve ever met, and all of his friends know it,” he said.

On the podcast’s episode, Crystal criticized Lovitz, known for his stint on Saturday Night Live, for allegedly spending excessive time at the mansion. “He would be up there all the time,” she observed, accusing him of checking out all the women present.

She mentioned an incident involving Lovitz’s dog, claiming, “I remember him. Every time, every party,” she said. Crystal began her relationship with Hefner when she was 21. They got engaged in 2010, although they paused their wedding in 2011. Crystal and Hefner married in 2012 and stayed together until his passing at 91 in 2017.

In her own program, After the Mansion, Crystal highlighted another celebrity, Jack Nicholson. She stated that Nicholson often treated the Playboy Mansion casually, saying, “They used to call it Jack Nicholson’s drive-thru.” Nicholson’s daughter, Lorraine, once expressed her experiences at the mansion, countering assumptions about her father’s visits.

Crystal suggested her late husband had a deep admiration for celebrity status. “One thing that mattered most to Hef was fame,” she claimed. She recalled Hefner welcoming figures like Bill Maher, Berry Gordy, and others to the mansion.

After Hefner’s death, Crystal expressed gratitude for her time with him. “He taught me love. He taught me kindness. He gave me life,” she said. She credited him with opening new experiences and opportunities for her.
