A police affidavit accused Sanchez of confronting 69-year-old Perry Tole, who was backing his truck into a hotel’s loading docks. Allegedly, Sanchez entered the truck without permission, obstructed Tole, and attempted to grab his phone. Fearing danger, Tole used pepper spray on Sanchez’s face. During a continued confrontation, Tole defended himself by stabbing Sanchez with a knife, resulting in upper right torso stab wounds for Sanchez.
