The Los Angeles Rams secured their fifth victory of the season against the Washington Commanders, pushing their record to 5-4. This achievement was largely driven by wide receiver Puka Nacua’s outstanding performance.
During the game held in Landover, Md. on Nov. 8, 2026, Nacua displayed remarkable skill. He recorded his ninth career game with 150 reception yards. This performance set him apart from NFL legends Jerry Rice and Randy Moss. Only Justin Jefferson surpasses him, having achieved 11 such games in his first four seasons, according to ESPN Insights.
The win marked the Rams’ third consecutive victory, bringing them above a .500 winning percentage for the first time this season. With Davante Adams unavailable this week, Nacua became quarterback Matthew Stafford’s go-to receiver once again.
Nacua collected 14 receptions, totaling 150 yards and scoring a touchdown. His performance indicates the potential many anticipated for him at the start of 2026. As Nacua continues to excel, the Rams’ recent success demonstrates their improved form. If Nacua maintains his health and performance level, he could be a contender for the Offensive Player of the Year award.
