Republican Senator Defends Use of Profanity in Senate Hearing

Republican Senator Bernie Moreno recently defended his use of an expletive while addressing Dr. Anthony Fauci during a heated Senate hearing. Senator Moreno also called for action against Fauci for remaining silent during the hearing. “I believe what he did today was contempt of Congress, and I hope we hold a vote on that soon and hold him in contempt,” he declared. Moreno emphasized the importance of accountability, suggesting that Fauci should face consequences.
