Rosie O’Donnell Criticizes ICE and Trump Administration in Viral Video

1 hour ago 0

Rosie O’Donnell recently sparked controversy with a video on TikTok. She compared ICE facilities to concentration camps in Nazi Germany. In the video, titled “Friday Ramble,” she discussed several topics before criticizing the Trump administration.

During the video, O’Donnell evoked the Holocaust, stressing the phrase “Never Again.” She drew parallels between past events in Germany and current circumstances in the U.S., claiming, “We’re making concentration camps. We’re rounding up people without a warrant. We’re raping children in detention, in ICE detention. They’re all getting pregnant.”

O’Donnell specifically questioned the handling of detainees, suggesting a lack of oversight and accountability in ICE facilities. She also attacked President Trump, stating, “He doesn’t care about you one bit… White powerful men, where women are disregarded in that equation usually.”

O’Donnell’s criticism of Trump is not new. She has a long history of voicing opposition to his policies. In 2025, she made similar comparisons to Nazi Germany and urged Americans to speak out against what she described as ongoing atrocities.

In response to O’Donnell’s comments, White House spokeswoman Lauren Bis described her statements as “gross.” Bis highlighted recent ICE arrests of individuals accused of violent crimes and stated that such comparisons increase assaults and threats against law enforcement officers.

Rosie O’Donnell’s remarks continue her public feud with Trump. She recently guest-hosted Jimmy Kimmel’s late-night show, where she criticized Trump. Her behavior prompted media analyst Joe Concha to attribute O’Donnell’s actions to what he calls “Severe Trump Derangement Syndrome.” Concha criticized the decision to allow O’Donnell to host, questioning why comedians like Sebastian Maniscalco or Dave Chappelle were not chosen instead.
