He also observed an employee aiding a bleeding colleague.
Koehn noted the chaotic environment; police instructed him to evacuate due to ongoing danger. The shooter fired multiple rounds, and it remains unclear if specific targets were identified. Occurring near a busy shopping area, the incident drew a large crowd of hundreds.
