President Donald Trump delivered a strong message to Arizona voters on Wednesday, emphasizing the importance of turning the state completely Republican. At a campaign event in Bullhead City, he warned that Democrats would “destroy our country.” Trump criticized their State of the Union behavior and rallied for Republican candidates, including Rep. Andy Biggs, the GOP’s gubernatorial nominee.

With Election Day less than three weeks away, Trump focused on opposing Democrat Gov. Katie Hobbs. He called for Republicans to win in honor of Charlie Kirk. “On election night, Arizona is going to prove that America does not belong to those who hate it,” Trump stated.

Trump and Biggs addressed the crowd together, pointing to Biggs’ accusations regarding Democrats’ response at the State of the Union. They urged voters to support Republicans across the ballot. “Vote Republican top to bottom,” Biggs reiterated.

“Not one Democrat smiled or clapped,” Trump recalled, referring to the State of the Union. He criticized their reactions to veterans honored during the event.

Trump mentioned retired Navy Capt. E. Royce Williams, who received the Medal of Honor, and WWII veteran George “Buddy” Taggart as examples. During the address, a partisan divide surfaced when Trump emphasized prioritizing American citizens’ protection over illegal immigrants.

Biggs is campaigning against Hobbs, whom Trump disparaged with personal attacks. He criticized her abilities and praised Biggs’ running mate, Sine Kerr, who aims to be Arizona’s first lieutenant governor.

Trump also supported Republican candidates like Alex Kolodin, whom he described as “a warrior for election integrity.” He praised others, including Reps. Paul Gosar, Abe Hamadeh, Eli Crane, and congressional candidate Mark Lamb, urging them to represent Arizona in Washington.

The rally featured a tribute to Charlie Kirk. Trump remembered Kirk on what would have been his 33rd birthday. He encouraged attendees to vote in Kirk’s honor, calling him “a great person, a great man, a great friend.” The event concluded with attendees chanting Kirk’s name.
