1 hour ago 0

KJ Biermann, a 15-year-old, was indicted on child molestation and several sexual battery charges against a minor under 16. The indictment, filed by a grand jury in Fulton County, Georgia, includes seven counts. Charges also involve aggravated sodomy and false imprisonment.

KJ, whose full name is Kroy Jagger, was arrested last month in connection with an alleged incident in April. Initial charges consisted of two felonies.

He faces adult charges under Georgia’s SB440 law. This law applies to teens aged 13 to 17 involved in specific violent felonies. KJ remains detained without bond at Metro Regional Youth Detention Center. A preliminary hearing will occur in September.

Kim Zolciak, a reality star and KJ’s mother, refutes the allegations. She claims in a statement that her son denies any involvement with the accuser. Zolciak says KJ passed a polygraph test and asserts no DNA evidence links her son to the alleged crimes.

“The allegations are reckless and troubling,” Zolciak stated. She emphasized the importance of careful examination of accusations.

Zolciak explained that false accusations severely impact both the accused and actual survivors of such crimes. She urged attention to evidence and facts over mere allegations. Zolciak’s confidence in evidence clearing her son remains strong.

KJ is Zolciak’s eldest son with Kroy Biermann. The couple shares more children: Kash, 14, and twins Kaia and Kane, 12. Biermann has adopted Zolciak’s daughters, Ariana and Brielle.

Zolciak and Biermann ended their 11-year marriage with divorce filings in 2023. Both had initially paused divorce proceedings in July.
