Footage obtained by Page Six revealed Milania was arrested for assault in New Jersey. Teresa Giudice, 54, tried explaining her daughter’s behavior during an airport encounter with officers in Florida. Bodycam footage showed Milania claiming she was ‘laced’ and attending college, as her sister Gia advised her on her recklessness.

The timing and details of Milania’s alleged fentanyl incident remain unclear. In video footage, she was seen requesting to speak with her mother. She was reminded by an officer she was not in control of the situation.

On social media, Teresa Giudice emphasized the importance of her daughter’s health, safety, and well-being. She indicated significant family struggles, emphasizing love and support for Milania, who had recently suffered the loss of two close friends.

Milania pleaded not guilty in June to simple assault charges, with her court hearing postponed to December 1.
