Biletskyi observed Russia’s army as exhausted and struggling to achieve major breakthroughs, a situation exacerbated by Elon Musk restricting Russian access to his Starlink internet service.

Putin’s confidence may be partly fueled by military advisors presenting exaggerated maps, providing him with an inaccurate picture of the front line situation.

Challenges in Donetsk

Some regions, like Kostiantynivka in Donetsk, remain challenging for Ukrainian forces. Russian troops are using infiltration tactics and heavy bombardment to make defending these areas difficult for Ukraine.
