Incident Details

On August 16, 2026, a 911 call was made at 1:51 PM concerning a cardiac arrest at 701 Easley Bridge Road in Greenville. First responders and Emergency Medical Services arrived promptly. Despite their efforts, Panettiere was pronounced dead at 2:32 PM.

The Greenville County Coroner’s Office, along with the Greenville City Police Department, conducted an investigation. Hayden Leslie Panettiere, aged 36 from California, was identified as the deceased. She was staying temporarily at the residence where she was found unresponsive.

Autopsy and Investigation
