Kim Kardashian’s previous Los Angeles residence has returned to the real estate market, now listed for $8.5 million. This Beverly Hills home, once featured prominently on the reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians, spans five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The house, owned by Kardashian from 2010 to 2013, retains its Spanish-style exterior. Fans will remember the distinctive checkerboard grass driveway from the show, which aired on E! Network from 2007 to 2021. The listing is managed by Jack Harris and Michael Fahimian of The Beverly Hills Estates.

A key moment captured on the show involved Kris Humphries proposing to Kardashian in this house in 2011, an event highlighted in season 6, episode 13. The couple’s subsequent marriage lasted just 72 days.

After her divorce from Humphries in 2013, Kardashian sold the 4,027-square-foot property and moved in with Kanye West, her third ex-husband. They married in 2014 and divorced in 2022.

The home was previously on the market in 2020 for $5.7 million and again in 2024 for $5 million. Inside, a two-story foyer leads to living and dining rooms with fireplaces and French doors. The kitchen, overlooking the garden, features a built-in stove on a central island and a double-sided fireplace.

The primary bedroom offers a fireside sitting area, a large soaking tub, and Italian tiles. It includes two spacious walk-in closets. Other amenities include a private theater, a covered fireplace lounge, and an elevated sun terrace.

Outdoor features comprise a pool, outdoor kitchen, fountain, and a cabana with a bathroom and television.
