“We’ve talked about doing it forever because we’re kind of foodies,” said Paul Lacitinola. “A cookbook seemed like a natural blend of our hobbies—vintage trailers and food.”

Their trailer rallies are well-known for pancake breakfasts, with varieties like those topped with peanut butter and bacon becoming community favorites.

“Vintage camping is about community and connection,” Caroline said. “Connecting as a group embodies the essence of our hobby.”
