At 28, Leavitt is the youngest person to have held the role of White House press secretary in U.S. history. She plans to focus on her family, including her young children, after her resignation.
“Karoline will now become one of my top outside advisors,” Trump stated on Truth Social. He emphasized her continued influence within the Republican Party as they strategize for the upcoming Midterm Elections.
