European concerns were addressed, including potential conflicts between Russia and European nations, such as the United Kingdom. “I think it will be OK,” Trump reassured, advising the U.K. to tread carefully. He also discussed the idea of banning diesel exports due to rising costs linked to European strikes and the ongoing war in Iran. Trump stressed the importance of handling this delicately to prevent widespread effects.

The construction of the new White House ballroom continues, following the Supreme Court’s approval despite legal challenges. Trump emphasized the project is under budget and ahead of schedule, countering reports of increased costs. The new ballroom replaces the demolished East Wing, which was removed in October 2025.
