Belkys Nerey and Craig Stevens, who have become familiar faces for viewers as WSVN-7 News anchors, recently experienced a significant milestone by touring their network’s new offices. This relocation marks an exciting new chapter for the South Florida affiliate of Fox and ABC.
The news team explored the state-of-the-art, 70,000-square-foot facility located at Miramar Parkway and Red Road. The visit took place on Wednesday, May 27. According to James Bry, executive vice president of Sunbeam Properties & Development, the new workspace is equipped with advanced technology, enhancing the station’s capabilities compared to their previous premises.
This is so much more technically advanced than the building they’re in.
WSVN has operated out of North Bay Village since 1956. The network is on track to fully transition its broadcasting operations to the Miramar location by January 2027.
