Philadelphia 76ers star LeBron James is in his 24th season, now playing with his fourth team. At 41, he still attains remarkable achievements in the NBA.

On Wednesday, the 76ers faced the Detroit Pistons, one of the Eastern Conference’s top teams. Philadelphia held a halftime lead of 56-42. James played a crucial role in this strong performance.

By halftime, LeBron was approaching a triple-double, with eight points, seven rebounds, and six assists. ESPN’s Doris Burke highlighted a noteworthy milestone for James. She stated, “It’s the 205th different player he has assisted to in his career.” This historic moment was shown as James delivered an impressive pass for an open dunk.

According to ESPN Insights, James has the most tracked assists in the play-by-play era. The milestone came when he found his teammate Adem Bona with a precise one-handed pass under the basket.

James has achieved significant success in his career. He had two separate tenures with the Cleveland Cavaliers, earning an NBA championship in the second stint. With the Miami Heat, he won two more championships, and he secured another with the Los Angeles Lakers, where he spent eight years.

This offseason, James made a strategic move to the Philadelphia 76ers as a free agent, seeking another championship in the Eastern Conference. The decision seems to be paying off as the team has started the season strong, leading the conference with a 7-1 record, closely followed by the Pistons at 6-1.

LeBron averages 16.2 points, seven rebounds, and 7.3 assists per game. He currently ranks fourth on the NBA’s all-time assists list. James is within range of surpassing Hall of Famer Jason Kidd for third place, which might happen this month or in December.
