The recently appointed Attorney General, Todd Blanche, has dismissed the notion of an independent Justice Department. He stated that the department’s decisions will consider President Donald Trump’s perspectives.
In his address, Blanche aligned himself with media personality Jeanine Pirro. Additionally, he announced that the “anti-weaponization” fund is no longer viable.
This stance marks a shift from the traditional view of the Justice Department operating as an independent entity, raising discussions about its future role and relationship with the administration.
