The search for Ramon Jett, a missing non-verbal boy in Georgia, is in progress. Authorities emphasize the urgency of locating him due to his mental health condition.
The Clayton County Police Department released a statement on Sunday, seeking public assistance to find Jett, known as RJ. He was last spotted on Webb Road in Riverdale between 11:30 a.m. and noon on Sunday.
“Ramon is nonverbal and suffers from a mental health condition. Due to his condition, he may be unable to communicate or seek help, and officers are deeply concerned for his safety. Every minute is critical,” the department stated.
The police have deployed numerous resources, including K-9 units, drones, and patrol officers, in an extensive search. They urged local residents to inspect their yards, porches, and nearby wooded areas.
If you see Ramon, do not assume someone else has already called. Immediately contact 911. Your call could be the one that brings him home safely,
the department advised.
Jett is approximately 3 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs about 40 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a light green shirt, camouflage shorts, and white socks.
