Discussing Cuba, Trump announced impending fundamental changes following Rubio-led negotiations with Cuban authorities. He declared that communism won’t infiltrate the U.S., and freedom is destined for Cuba.

Trump emphasized protecting the U.S. from foreign threats while criticizing the Cuban regime for allegedly supporting domestic subversive groups. Cuban officials exited during this part of the speech.

The U.S. economy was praised by Trump as a global benchmark with marked improvements in job growth and poverty reduction. He denounced a proposed global carbon tax on shipping, reaffirming a commitment to national sovereignty over international regulations.

Additionally, Trump informed about a trilateral security agreement with Denmark and Greenland, aiming to prevent adversaries from establishing a military foothold in Greenland. Plans to construct military bases in the region were discussed.
