The WNBA All-Star Game, set for July 25, has its starting line-up established, featuring standout player Caitlin Clark from the Indiana Fever. Together with Clark, teammates Aliyah Boston and Kelsey Mitchell will also represent the Fever on the starting squad in Chicago. Fans contributed 50% of the votes, while current players and a media panel provided the remaining 50%, with 25% each.

The selection process involved four guards and six frontcourt players. Remarkably, Clark, Boston, and Mitchell will make their third consecutive appearance at the All-Star Game. It’s the first time all three have been voted as starters, marking Mitchell’s debut start while Boston and Clark have previously enjoyed starter status. Boston was a starter in 2023 and 2025, and Clark has maintained that position for the past two years. Mitchell earned her first start following a replacement position in 2025.
Joining the Fever in the starting lineup are Dallas Wings players Paige Bueckers and Jessica Shepard, as well as Minnesota Lynx stars Natasha Howard and Olivia Miles. Completing the group are Las Vegas Aces icon A’ja Wilson, Breanna Stewart from the New York Liberty, and Gabby Williams of the Golden State Valkyries. This year will introduce a new format for team assembly. Since 2018, barring the 2020 COVID-19 season, the top two voted players acted as captains selecting their teams. Now, WNBA legends Cynthia Cooper and Teresa Weatherspoon will take the roles of general managers to draft their rosters, honoring the 30th anniversary of the league.
Clark’s selection as a starter comes as no surprise. This season she averages a career-high 21.2 points per game, ranking fifth among WNBA players, along with 8.2 assists per game, marking another year of record-breaking achievements. Clark quickly reached 1,000 career points and 500 career assists, excelling even after overcoming injuries during her 2025 sophomore season.
With the starters decided, announcements regarding the 12 reserves for the game will soon follow.
