The Pentagon has updated its public records to show an increase of 37 additional wounded military personnel linked to the Iran war. The Defense Casualty Analysis System (DCAS), a website monitoring casualties in U.S. military operations, now reports a total of 861 wounded.
This recent adjustment includes 29 Navy sailors and eight Marines. The Defense Department has not provided reasons or details regarding this alteration in the tally.
On September 18, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth was at the Pentagon. Despite the absence of explicit communication from the Defense Department, updates on casualty figures are monitored meticulously by relevant authorities and interested parties.
