Roxanne Perez Aims for AAA Reina de Reinas Championship

WWE star Roxanne Perez is on the verge of claiming her first championship with The Judgment Day faction. Her quest for the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship kicks off at Triplemania 34 in Las Vegas. Perez will compete in a fatal four-way match against La Hiedra, Faby Apache, and Nattie. The winner earns a title shot at Worlds Collide.

Roxanne Perez has pursued this opportunity independently, asserting her capabilities. In an interview with OutKick Dropkick, she expressed confidence, saying, “I think they know I got this. I came all the way here to seize an opportunity for myself.” She acknowledged the achievements of her teammates and her desire to secure her own championship.

This event marks Perez’s debut at Triplemania, the premier showcase for the AAA roster. She shared with OutKick Dropkick her excitement about participating. “A little backstory, I’ve been training to become a WWE superstar since I was 13, and at 16, I had an invitation to come to AAA,” she said. “Now, with AAA being part of WWE, I’m here representing my culture as a main roster WWE superstar, and it’s thrilling.”

Perez recognizes the challenge ahead but is determined to succeed. She respects her opponents, noting La Hiedra’s experience with AAA, Nattie’s legendary status in WWE’s Divas era, and Faby Apache’s impact in Lucha Libre. Despite the challenges, Perez remains confident. “It’s nothing ‘The Prodigy’ can’t overcome. I’ve been wrestling for ten years, and I finally have this opportunity,” she stated.

Triplemania 34 Night 1 will occur at 10 p.m. ET at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas. The second night will follow at Arena CDMX in Mexico City, with both events available on YouTube.
